2. Who We Are
Care at Home helps families and caregivers access Medicaid-funded home care. We currently serve Michigan and Oregon, with Ohio and Colorado coming soon. We help eligible individuals understand their options, check basic eligibility, complete required paperwork, and coordinate care under applicable state Medicaid programs.
3. Informational Purpose Only
The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes. It is not medical, legal, financial, or tax advice, and it does not create a provider, professional, or fiduciary relationship. Eligibility for Medicaid programs is determined solely by the applicable state agency, not by Care at Home or this Site. See our Disclaimer for more detail.
4. Eligibility Checks and Estimates
Our eligibility check is a no-cost, no-commitment tool that takes about 2 minutes to complete. It provides a preliminary indication only and is not a determination, guarantee, or promise of approval, benefits, coverage, or payment. Any caregiver earnings figures shown are estimates that depend on factors outside our control, including state program rules, approved hours, and final agency determinations.
5. Communications Consent
When you submit a form or provide your phone number, you agree that Care at Home and its representatives may contact you by phone call, text message (SMS), and email about your inquiry and our services, including through automated technology where permitted. Consent is not a condition of receiving services. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or impersonate another person;
- Use the Site to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Site or its security features;
- Copy, scrape, harvest, or reverse-engineer the Site or its content except as allowed by law;
- Use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized commercial purpose.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and confirm you have the right to share it, including any information about another person you are helping. Do not submit sensitive information you are not authorized to provide.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last Updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located there for any dispute.
15. General
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, make up the entire agreement between you and Care at Home regarding the Site and supersede any prior understandings on that subject. Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
